The Mann Cup is decided annually between the top teams from B.C. and Ontario, the two main regions for box lacrosse in this country. The trophy dates back to 1910. The Salmonbellies have won the most Mann Cups with 24, but they last prevailed in 1991.
Ontario has captured 14 of the past 15 championships, with the 2015 Victoria Shamrocks the lone one to break the string. The 2001 Coquitlam Adanacs were the last Lower Mainland team to win it all.
